Shipping Methods

Customers with an address in USA and its territories, and Canada:

The process will be the same as you buy online anywhere. Fill in your address, and the shipping cost will be automatically added to the total.

We only use US Postal Service (USPS) ground services (First Class Mail, and Priority Mail, ) and international air mail. It may take 4 weeks to deliver, , but normally it may arrive in 10 business days.. Currently we don’t provide expedited shipping service. For shipping rate, see chart below

You can help to ensure prompt delivery of your order by verifying the address and obtaining the Zip+4 code for shipments to your US address using the US Postal Office National Address Server.

when possible, please ship to a commercial (work) address attended during the day. If you provide a residential address, be aware that the recipient may need to pick up the package at the nearest post office or UPS facility if no one is home.

Customers with a US military address:

The process will be the same as you buy online anywhere. However, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE "AA", "AE", OR "AP" FROM THE "STATE" PULL–DOWN MENU, and then the shipping cost will be automatically added to the total.

We only use USPS serrvices. It may take up to 4 weeks, but normally it may arrive in 10 business days. Currently we don’t provide expedited shipping service. For shipping rate, see chart below.

Customers with a non–US and non–Canadian address:

Once received your order, which doesn’t include shipping cost, WE WILL SEND YOU A PAYMENT REQEUST EMAIL VIA PAYPAL FOR THE SHIPPING COST which is based on the weight of the order. After payment we will ship the order ASAP. We ship by US postal service only.

• US Postal Service (USPS): First Class Mail International (under 4 LBs), Priority Mail International (under 20 LBs) or Express Mail International. The last one is faster but more expansive ( Use USPS rate calculator to estimate cost and time.). By First Class and Priority, packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. No tracking number is provided and is not guaranteed. Express International Mail offers a tracking number you may use to track via www.usps.com. However, the information offered is very limited.

IMPORT TAXES: There are no US taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post ⁄ customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by River2sea. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, and you still request us to resend the order to you, we will have to charge a second shipping amount to again ship your order.

Shipping Rates

FOR CUSTOMERS WITH A SHIPPING ADDRESS IN USA AND ITS TERRITORIES, INCLUDING MILITARY BASES, and Canada, We offer flat rate shipping rate based on the total dollar amount of the products bought.

Sales Tax

We charge California State sales tax to customers with a CA billing and ⁄ or shipping address. Any taxes are applied to items ONLY and NOT to shipping fees.
